Service questions
What counts as an active SKU?
A SKU with stock or a sale in the last 30 days. Inactive and stranded SKUs aren’t counted.
Do you change anything on Amazon without asking?
Rule-based routines you approve at setup, such as negatives and bid rules, run automatically. Prices, listing content and large budget changes wait for your approval.
How does the reimbursement fee work?
You pay a share of the money Amazon actually reimburses. If nothing is recovered, there is no fee.
Can I cancel?
After the 3-month minimum, cancel with 30 days’ notice. Your Sotrics data and automations stay yours, and you can keep them on a software plan.
