White-label questions
Will my clients see the name Sotrics anywhere?
Not in the app, emails or reports on Pro and Enterprise. One exception: when a client connects their Amazon account, Amazon’s own permission screen shows the name of the registered Amazon app. Amazon controls that screen.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. You sign and bill your clients, and Sotrics never contacts or markets to them.
Who handles support?
You support your clients. We support your team by email, with priority on Pro and Enterprise.
Can I also resell your automation services?
Yes. White-label partners get 20% off every automation services package, and we deliver the work under your brand.
Is client data safe?
The same protection as Sotrics itself: Amazon’s official APIs, encrypted credentials, each client sees only their own account, and data deletion on request. See Data Security.
