Screening criteria

Two proven filters, built in

Sotrics Basic is strict and suits a first product. Sotrics Standard allows more reviews and a lower price, and also checks how established the top listings are. Switch between them and the Fit column updates straight away.

Install

Up and running in about two minutes

The Chrome Web Store listing is in review and will start as a private install link. Until then, install the beta straight from Sotrics. When the store link is live, switch to it and updates arrive automatically.

Go to the download page

  1. Download the zip

    Get the extension zip from the download page and unzip it.

  2. Open Chrome extensions

    Go to chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode.

  3. Load unpacked

    Pick the unzipped Sotrics folder, then pin the icon.

  4. Sign in and scan

    Sign in with your Sotrics account, search on Amazon and press Scan.

Chrome extension FAQ

Is the extension free?

Installing it is free. Brand Starter includes 30 Market Scans a month. Growth and above, and the Research Extension plan, include unlimited scans.

Why isn't it on the Chrome Web Store yet?

The listing is in Google's review and will start as a private install link. Until then you can install the beta from the download page and switch to the store version later.

How accurate are the sales estimates?

They come from daily BSR history, matched to the category and checked against Amazon's “bought in past month” badges for that search. Treat them as estimates and compare like with like.

Does it read my browsing or my Seller Central login?

No. It runs only on Amazon shopping pages and only reads product data when you press Scan. It never sees other sites or your Seller Central password.

Does it work in other Amazon marketplaces?

The beta is built and tested on amazon.com. Other marketplaces will follow.

Will it work in Edge or Brave?

It's built for Chrome. Other Chromium browsers can usually load it with Load unpacked, but we don't support them yet.
